Why should I invest in a Wedding Planner?

At Wise Events & Design we get to know our client's on a personal level! We want to know your LOVE story! What your favorite memory is as a couple, where you both got engaged and your Why! Our goal is to provide a personable LUXURY level of service and make your experience the most memorable and exclusively100% YOU! As a certified wedding planner, our team will will be your Best friend and give you guidance, to the best vendors in the industry that fit your budget, style and we will be sure to keep your planning on schedule with personalized and custom checklist. Our mission is to ensure that every event, grand or small, is everything you have been dreaming about and as seamless as possible wedding day. We not only make sure your whole day is run flawlessly, but we bring a sense of calm and order to the entire planning process. With over 500 hours we put into planning all the details prior to wedding day we know what each vendor is to perform, how the timeline will flow, the layout of the event and every last detail. This allows you to be fully present and remember each moment long after the day is done.

How can I determine what package I need?

Setting up a phone, in person or virtual call is always a good idea. It can be very confusing and we can clear it up with a call.

Do you charge for proposals and Consultations?

No, we do not charge. We understand you need to find someone that you love and that is within your budget. We hope you go with us but understand you might need to chat with other designers before making an investment.

Do you offer Day of Coordination?

We do not offer Day of Coordination and no one should! We do offer a Month of Coordination 6 weeks prior to your event date. It's important for the level of service our couples have come to expect that we get started much sooner then just show up the day of and not be familiar at all with the way the day should flow. What we do offer is far more valuable and will set up for success on wedding day.

How long do you work with clients?

Usually 6 weeks out to with our month of coordination package all the way up to 12 months with our full planning package.

Will you work with vendors you don't know?

Absolutely! We love meeting and networking with new people. We are up for any challenge!

What type of events do you plan?

We plan all types of events including weddings, private parties, gala's, corporate events, meetings and networking events. More information on other services can be provided when you inquire with us here!

Will you be my actual wedding day planner?

Depending on the package you purchase and budget for a planner, you will be assigned a wedding consultant who will be there with you every step of the way.

My venue has a planner, why do I need to hire Wise Events & Design?

Although, the planner at the venue will serve a great purpose, their purpose and responsibility will be the best interest of the venue. Wise Events & Design works for you and has your best interest for your wedding day. We will be there every step of the way to give you the guidances, tools and resources you need to have a seamless and beautiful wedding day. What is the Wise Events & Design Process?

Our Planning services from the moement you inquire with us. We pride ourselves on brainstorming ideas based on the information you provide us. We want to develop an idea from the vision you give us. From there once a 25% retainer is received, we reserve the date and the planning continues. We send a questionnaire to get to know how clients better in which we ask you returned prior to our first consultations so we can be prepared with ideas,for vendors, timelines, layout, etc. We provide tools and the resources needed for every client based on your vision and the collective package bought.
