Consultation and Planning:
We will work closely with the client to understand their vision for their wedding and develop a customized plan that reflects their unique style and preferences. This includes initial consultations, venue scouting, vendor research and selection, budget creation, and ongoing communication with the client to ensure their needs are met throughout the planning process.
Design and Decor:
Our team will work with the client to create a stunning design concept for their wedding, including floral arrangements, lighting, and other decor elements. We will provide a detailed design proposal, including sketches, inspiration boards, and sample materials, to help the client visualize the overall look and feel of their wedding.
Vendor Management:
We will manage all vendors involved in the wedding, including caterers, photographers, entertainment, and more. We will negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and coordinate all logistics to ensure that each vendor delivers their services flawlessly.
Guest Experience:

PARTIAL PLANNING
Coordination starts 6- 8 months prior to event
At Wise Events & Design, our partial planning wedding planning package is designed for luxury clients who have already started planning their wedding but need assistance with specific aspects of the process. The following is a breakdown of the services included in our partial planning package:
Six Regular planning sessions and unlimited email availability
Remaining Vendor selection contract review and negotiation
Coordination of tastings, mock-ups, and vendor meetings
Guidance establishing a vision and selecting aesthetic details
Assistance with save-the-date, invitation, and day-of paper or signage selection and production
Suggest, coordinate, assemble wedding party gifts, welcome bags and favors
Serve as contact for vendors and payment management
Assist with all out of town lodging and transportation

We will meet with the client to understand their wedding plans, review vendor contracts, and identify any outstanding tasks that need to be completed before the wedding.
Finalization of Details:
Our team will work with the client to finalize details such as timeline, vendor arrival and setup times, and other logistical details to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding.
Vendor Management:
We will confirm all vendor contracts and coordinate their arrival and setup on the day of the wedding. We will also serve as the point of contact for vendors throughout the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Rehearsal Coordination:
Our team will attend the wedding rehearsal and coordinate the ceremony processional and recessional to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding.
